Candle Care (Instructions to ensure the safety, quality, and durability of your candle)

  • Cut the wick to 3-5 mm before each use. This will prevent the candle from emitting smoke or soot, and allow it to burn longer. 
  • Each time you use your candle, be sure to let it burn until the wax on the surface is completely liquid. This can take 2 to 3 hours and will allow your candle to burn more evenly the next time.
  • Be sure to center the wick in the wax after each use. This will allow for consistent consumption of the wax. 
  • Never let the candle burn unattended.
  • Never let the candle burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
  • Place the candle in a draft-free area in order to prevent excess melting and uneven burning.
  • When only five millimeters of wax remain or the wick sustainer is visible, the candle is finished and should be extinguished.
  • Always place the candle on a heat-resistant, non-flammable surface away from fabrics and curtains.
  • Do not place the candle on a cold surface as the glass could shatter.

Second Life and Removing Wax Remnants

When your candle is done, give it a second life as a keepsake! Once it’s cooled, simply place it in the freezer over night to contract the remaining wax. Turn the vessel upside down and tap the bottom lightly. Any remaining wax should pop out easily with a spoon.

Is My Candle Dishwasher Safe?

No! Hand wash only.

Do You Gift Wrap?

Unfortunately we do not gift wrap or offer gift cards, but will happily include a gift receipt that does not reflect the price of your gift.

Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $95. 

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days and shipped UPS ground (typically 4-7 business days within the U.S.)

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Items must be returned unused, with the packaging intact and undamaged. If goods returned are not in a sellable condition, we cannot accept them.

Please submit your request for return, including the order number and a photograph of the item you are looking to return in its current condition to begin the process.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you via your original method of payment.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
