In addition to our rock-and-roll collaborations that support MusiCares, we also team up with actors, artists, and cultural icons to design limited-edition candles that give back. Each “co-conspirator” chooses a nonprofit close to their heart—whether it’s addiction recovery, youth empowerment, or mental health, these candles help shine a light where it’s needed most.

Founded in 1989 by the Recording Academy, MusiCares provides critical resources to musicians, engineers, producers, and others in the music community through a range of services—from preventive care and mental health support to emergency and recovery assistance. They are a safety net for those who give so much to the world through music.

Like all D.S. Phantom & Co. candles, a portion of proceeds from Afraid of the Dark goes toward giving back. For this collaboration, co-conspirators Meredith Mickelson and Levi Dylan have chosen to support the Partnership to End Addiction—a national nonprofit dedicated to transforming how addiction is addressed through compassion, advocacy, and prevention. Together, we believe in lighting a path toward healing and hope.
